One single moment.

In which they have the opportunity to express themselves

Not just through food,

But using all 5 senses.

An amalgamation of self expression, service & skill.

Considering the way(s) we show up in the world,

What if we approached our life and business the same way?

Sure, long term goals are important

But not when they eclipse the here & now.

Shift your focus to the present.
 

Fine tune your craft to be of service.

Sharpen your tool belt through creation.

Mastering your mindset.

Intention.

Integrity.

And a commitment to your greater purpose.

When it comes to consumption:

Who are you following?

Whose message resonates with you?

What matters to you?

How do you show up for that single moment?

Remember, anyone can be a guide or guru.

Ultimately, it’s up to you to be your own.

One of the healers I visited in Bali said to me:

“For work: feel it in your body first, then your mind”

Heart first, head second.

Lead with love and the rest with follow.
