“Plans Fail, Movements Matter”

The awesome @peterjvoogd who taught a class on leadership at @CreativeLive yesterday!

It’s not groundbreaking stuff, but it made me think:

What movement am I creating?

What will I be remembered for?

In my reflection, I felt compelled to revise the quote...

(Can you do that? Welp - I just did)

Plans fail, movements AND relationships matter. -

..which then raises the questions:

1. What movement am I leading?

2. Who am I BEING today to set those movements in motion and strengthen those relationships?
