Backstage isn't always pretty

Backstage isn't always pretty. 

In fact, it rarely is.

Remember:

We see a carefully curated version of what others want us to see.

And then we compare ourselves to their best foot forward

Think how dangerous,

How fake, false and seriously inaccurate that is on so many levels —

For me, it's led to burn out.

It's led to feelings of inadequacy, fear & guilt.

That's why I wanted to record this episode.
